Fusilli are low-maintenance and satisfying. Linguini are high-maintenance and awkward. Also it’s not obvious what quantity some uncooked linguini turn into. Apparently by my age most people have developed strong brand, and maybe even pasta, loyalty (please excuse those commas, Lia ☺ ).

I’m having a musician’s December. It’s so insanely busy that I’m not even workshopping my next diary entry in my head as I often do. Merry Pre-Christmas everyone!
